Maori Culture in Rotorua
Maori culture still successfully thrive in New Zealand. In fact they are the most intact and integrated indigenous culture in the world. From names of cities and streets, Maori culture is embedded in Kiwi history. Children are taught Maori in schools. They know how to write and speak the language. Art and architecture in New Zealand show signs of Maori influence. Historically, they are a very strong indigenous race.
