I work out 6 to 7 days a week and eat with common sense and balance. Two major changes I made were that I gave up soft drinks "cold turkey" the day I walked into the gym and then this past year I gave up all artificial sweetners. These were two major changes that i combined with alot of smaller ones along the lines of food products. Another big change was to get the people out of my life that were downers. Surround yourself with those that will support you day by day. Lift you up when you are down and never never judge you.
I have gone from a size 28 to a size 12. I can make a bed without having to stop and rest. i have done four 5K by walking them since this past fall. I hope to one day do an inside rockwall climb.
Self confidence replaced self loathing. I am now focusing on toning and maintaining. I hope to help others reach their goals by my actions and story.
