    Rock wool pipe sections

Rock wool pipe insulation is suitable for acoustical and thermal insulation of a pipe. With the best fit and high compression, the pipe section can be applied within a single layer without unnecessary space. The following are the features of the rockwool: Rockwool banding It is highly recommended by Rock wool that the pipe section is secured to the pipe by application of three bands for each of the section length. Nevertheless, the end bands should be 100mm from the lateral length. Multiple layers If more than one layer of the pipe section is required, it is recommended that the two layers needs to be banded. This is to ensure that the insulation is tightly fitted. Bends or elbows For you to form insulted elbows with the pipe section, you are required to cut at an angle so that it can form segments.
