    Obama is the right man for the times

    Sorry for the abrupt ending, but if it's hard to get people to watch an 8 minute clip of me yapping, it's even harder to get someone to watch a 12 minute clip.  So, I cut it at a reasonable cutting point.

     

     

     

    Basically, this debate clarified the core themes that surround the Obama candidacy:  an understanding of our linkages to the world, an understanding of economics, an understanding of the key role played by government in market systems, and Obama's ability to explain complex topics (which will make him more effective as a change agent in a democratic congress, and with Biden as his VP).

     

     

     

    I also had a number of criticisms of points McCain made.  And...one of these days, I will learn to properly pronounce Ahmedinijad.
