    Drew Carey's *Shocking Weight Loss* Transformation!


    Drew Carey is known for his work on the popular television show "Who's Line is it Anyway?" He was quite heavy on that show and that's how he has been recognized over the years. But back in 2010 Carey got sick of being overweight. It was a major health concern so he hired a trainer and got into shape.


    To lose weight and return to a healthier size, Carey ate a diet high in lean protein, fruits, and vegetables. He also performed 45 minutes of intense cardio 6 times a week.


    As with any new diet and exercise program, it is recommended to talk with your health care physician before starting.
