    Brian Torchin staffs chiropractic practices

Out in the north east state of Pennsylvania, resides a man who is a true veteran of the healthcare industry. He began opening and managing offices in Philadelphia, Delaware and Florida, quickly rising as the top healthcare recruiter worldwide. Brian Torchin currently serves as president of Health Care Recruitment Counselors, LLC and has expanded his base overseas to Europe and Asia.
Torchin familiarized himself with the industry through his own experiences as a physician of chiropractic practice. With growing knowledge in what was needed to maintain a quality chiropractic facility, Torchin and the Health Care Recruitment Counselors staff imagined a goal in which they could provide healthcare clientele with the best staff possible. According to their website, HCRC staffing offers additional availability during nights and weekends to their clients “to help ensure effective and quick communication with physicians and clients”.
The Health Care Recruitment Counselors Staffing offer a number of services to potential medical practices in search of employees that will make their businesses run smoothly. HCRC Staffing works specifically with chiropractic private practices and hospitals in search of filling chiropractic jobs, medical jobs, physical therapy and more. Besides helping their clients hire qualified assistants, therapists and more, HCRC staffing also do professional consulting, background checks and staff training cutting the hassle for their clients.
On the HCRC staffing site, Torchin posts blogs that give tips on various topics. Torchin labeled it “a blog to learn about the pitfalls when hiring a chiropractor, and the best ways to hire staff members”. The articles include tips on how to recruit potential employers effectively through social sites like LinkedIn. Torchin also writes on the precautions that medical practices must take to ensure they are running an exceptional doctors office. As HCRC staffing is all about the customer, they also urge their clients to do the same.

In an article entitled ‘Warning signs that your practice isn’t patient friendly’, Torchin stresses the importance of creating a welcoming environment for the potential patients. From the waiting room to the office staff, Torchin says, “make sure you and your office staff make it crystal clear to each one of your patients that you realize if it weren’t for them (the patients) you wouldn’t be there…”
Dr. Mayer Green, DC from Consultants of America, the nation’s largest firm that offers programs to medical practices, gave a positive testimonial towards Torchin and his line of work. “…we can honestly say that [Brian Torchin’s] integrity, honesty, and professionalism are unmatched. By far he is the number one recruiter in the USA”. Torchin has also gained attention for his public speaking at many conferences where he shares advice on staffing and things to avoid.
In an interview with Dr. James Roman from SearchtoSocial, Torchin states, “The biggest challenge is having the ability to find staff quickly…and every week or day without medical staff you’re not billing and that translates to thousands and thousands of dollars…my company, provides a very fast and efficient approach, generally able to find candidates within 48 hours.”
HCRC staffing is available nationwide and now in Canada and Australia. Their mission of utilizing their “medical staffing knowledge” has proven to create chiropractic practices that are superior. Like the site says, “Torchin spends all of this time, energy and resources making sure his current clients worldwide are treated with the best results.”
