For those who do Online Shopping, One You may want to avoid is Walmart.com!

Recently I went to make a Purchase on Walmart.com, terms clearly stated for Shipping Options. After making My Purchase I advanced to Checkout to finalized My order and select My Shipping Options. You can get Free shipping on most items via USPS but they also offer Expedited Shipping 2-3 days and Rush 1 day. I chose the Expedited Shipping option and paid the cost added to my order. Once My order was placed, receipt stated I could Track My Order once it was shipped. Well this is Far from the Truth! Shortly after placing the Order and Paying the Cost of Order and Shipping, I received a Email stating I would receive My order 9 days beyond the stated delivery date! Contacted Walmart.com Customer Service via Website contact page and got a computer generated response stating My order would be delivered in 9 days! But I paid for "Expedited Shipping"? I then decided to contact Walmart Customer Service using their 1-800 number and was shocked that Employee could not get the Tracking Number even after it was shipped! I informed Customer Service Rep. that the order was a "Expedited Shipping" item and that it clearly stated on order receipt, Tracking Information will be provided once shipped" they even had the same Statement playing on their "Please Hold for next available Representative" ! I find paying for Rush Shipping or Expedited Shipping and not receiving the Service that was paid for in order agreement is outright fraudulent! Thousands and Thousand of Orders being placed with these options and Customers are not getting what they paid for is inexcusable! Walmart is charging $9.98 for Expedited shipping and $14.98 for Rush for My small order only to find out later Walmart is sending order via USPS! One would wonder how many Walmart Customers are falling into the trap of Paying for Shipping Services they do not receive? With Thousands and Thousands of Online Orders this seems to put a lot of Money into Walmarts coffers for Services not provided! Is Walmart using deceptive practices for Profit? You Decide!!
