People versus Plastic (Title by Alex Biosiam)
People versus Plastic
Who are they, the faceless power junkies destroying their own land? Was coexistence not enough. How can it have been this difficult to understand that the world is a changing place. That servitude is wrong at every level. That we/they everyone all are as good as they are. That we are all equal in intellect, ability, drive and determination.???????? So many questions and only one answer.
Total lack of humility.
We all originate from a humble place, wrapped in a white sheet in our parents arms.
We are given protection. We learn the basic values we need to get along in life and be decent human beings. We are taught to respect those who deserve it and be humble always.
I know a lot of Thai's and expats in Thailand and I really am proud to see that these people cherish the same values and live their lives being as good as they possibly can be. I see it in the smiles of my amazing family, my friends who scream tirelessly for democracy, these are real people, not plastic.
There should be and never would be any need to stand on a stage verbalizing obscenities simply because you were told to do so. Be humble not plastic.
There should be and never would be any need to stand on a stage and threaten a lady of any race, creed or political persuasion with impending rape simply because you were told to do so. Be humble not plastic.
There should be and never would be any need to stand on a stage and attempt to change the meaning of democracy simply because you were told to do so. Be humble not plastic.
In Thailand humility stayed outside the doors of power for many years, late 90's humility and understanding kicked the doors down. Real people are here to stay if the plastic wants to burn then so be it but it need not happen, BE HUMBLE NOT PLASTIC, always remember your dreams are a lot better than the kamnans schemes
