Will China Cause a Stock Market Crash?

The Chinese government has announced that there will be no money transfers during the long New Year celebration that starts at the end of January. As a result those that need to make those transactions are doing it now.

Some are wondering how this will impact the stock market. During the past few weeks the markets have been a waterfall pattern after they broke below the first red line. If they now break below the next red line they are in what is considered to be a danger zone.

The result of this would most likely result in a move to the next target line which is considerably lower.

The action of the government of China appear to be an accelerator to make prices go to the next Babson Line.
