We all need a hug and a rub from time to time

It should not be surprising to learn that so many people try to do everything by themselves.
Likewise, it should not be so surprising that eventually many of them become overwhelmed, and act out in ways, that might cause them to harm themselves, or someone else.
Chances are that due to our bad econony, relationships, and employment, can make a christian act a fool, when all they really need is a hug, and a good body rub. Too much stress can make it hard to actually recognize yourself in the mirror.
Here are just a few reasons why you deserve to give yourself a little pampering right away, just like a mani/pettie.
