CNN PRODUCER NOTE Martinpc says he left for work at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday and is still stuck on the road 20 hours later. The drive from Kennesaw, Georgia, to Hartsfield-Jackson International airport usually takes between 45 minutes and an hour. He's able to get online with a wifi hotspot and his friends have been checking up on him to keep him from going crazy. "I prepared a little bit and had my phone charger and some provisions, but I never expected I'd be here for 20 plus hours," he said. Martinpc says he was stuck in the same spot on Interstate 285 for about nine hours, so he was able to get a pretty good night's sleep. He said that the Department of Transportation HERO truck in this picture was stuck behind him for about an hour because the cars in front of it couldn't move out of the way.
