    Cannabis University™Sues Broncos

Cannabis University™ filed a lawsuit yesterday against the Football Stadium District, the Broncos and their Stadium Management Company. The owner, Michelle LaMay, alledges their representatives of defamation and damage to their brand in a public place and restraining their freedom of speech and that the enforcement was subjective and inequitable.
Cannabis University™ has sold classes, texts and apparel in Colorado since 2008. "I haven't been kicked out of someplace since the Mile High Flea Market in 2009. If they said they were insulted [by "cannabis" in logo] then I say see ya' in court," said LaMay.
LaMay was not with the Fred Moore party at Sports Authority field the morning of January 12, when the police were called and the party was asked to leave because of the Cannabis University™ logo. And on January 19, while in line to get into parking lot "c" to tailgate, the police were again called and once again the owner and his guests were told to leave which they did peacefully on both occasions.
