The University Of Nigeria I Know

This story is a very sensitive story concerning the corrupt practices of government administration of Nigeria. Though not basically on the country but on one of the prestigious universities of the country. Since the new Vice Chancellor was elected into office , the corrupt practices has increased. Human rights of students have been violated due to the failure of the schools government to provide basic infrastructures and good sanitary facilities for the school not to talk of the way they have increased the student fees. This has made some students devastated, left to suffer on their own.The schools toilet stands filthy due to corruption on the side of the Vice Chancellor(Prof Barto Okolo) owing the cleaners for four months salary. With this story are pictures of how the students live in their hostels and a video of the toilet/bathroom of the hostel. Students are made to fetch unclean water from water wells, the hostel buildings have never been renovated and the rooms initially made to accommodate two roommates turned to a six person room. Still about the academic affairs of the students are not well met, students fail on daily basis due to inadequate academic facilities. The corrupt practices in Nigeria has been on the rampant crippling most sectors of the country in particular the educational sector.
