Thanks To Facebook I Found My Dog

Yesterday, Feb. 4th, my dog Loki somehow got out of my backyard. I searched for a total of 4 1/2 hours before it got dark and I couldn't find him anywhere. I made posters and placed them all around my area. I did get one call from a woman that told me her kids had seen him about 2 hours ago just down a few blocks from my house.

I posted on Facebook on my timeline and in another group I am in to please pray Loki is safe and comes home. I also pleaded for anyone seeing this post to share it.

I received 35 shares that went across the country. A lady in Indiana put me on the right path to finding Loki. When I went to the website she steered me in, I found a dog that looked like Loki but the description was pretty much off. I had to wait until 8am this morning to reach the Orange County Animal Control.

I just called them a few min. ago and gave them the information I received off their website, ID # etc. When they asked me what city I was in I said Fullerton, then they asked me what are my major cross streets, when I told them they said that's my dog. OMG I got a total of 2 1/2 hours of sleep last night worrying about Loki.

I can't pick him up until 10am but I am so excited.

Facebook just had their 10th Anniversary yesterday, without them I don't think I would have found Loki, so thank you Facebook!!!!

2nd picture is the one I found on the website, I wasn't positive this was Loki until I called.

Thanks to my iReport and Kelly Thomas friends that are on my Facebook for caring and sharing!
