    Living with arthrogryposis

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     At age 12, unclaimed says her son Kailen is "funny, extremely smart, a fantastic dancer, a ladies man, and a joy to be around." Arthrogryposis affects each case differently, but in Kailen's case, his arms are locked in a straight position, so he cannot bend his arms at all, nor can he raise his arms higher than ninety degrees, so he can not put on his own clothes, use a knife and fork, comb his hair, and he has never been able to touch his face.
    - JacqueCNN, CNN iReport producer

Kailen is living with arthrogryposis, a disease that affects 1 in 3000 children, which limits his movements and affects his joints.
