Hole in roof - Brand New House - Builder not fixing

I bought a brand new town house in May 2013 at Johns Creek, GA from Mendenhall and Sons constructions on Kimball Bridge Road to raise my two small kids in a safe environment.

I noticed holes and gaps in roof when I had gone to put back Halloween decorations on attic in November of 2013. Again, this is brand new construction and I am covered under warranty for 1 year for any defects including construction defects, plumbing, electricity.
Their website even boasts 24 hour emergency service fix, http://creeksidegeorgia.com/warranty.html

But I have been trying to have them to come to fix my roof from November of 2013 till now. No one showed up.

My little daughter has Asthma and to keep her from attacks, I need to maintain the temperature of the house and with the holes and gaps in roof, my electricity bills are sky rocketing and Thanks to mother nature for the snow and ice she is sending our way. God knows how I am going to handle when if some other mold problem or something else kicks in because of this.

As per my HOA, Mendenhall still have dues, they haven't paid taxes on common properties while it was still under their control and ton more complains. Please beware of Creekside communities, Mendenhall constructions or Shilling builders.
