He then urge the court to always work with the decision of the kingmakers in deciding judgement especially in issues similar to this. Corroborating the statement of chief Omosoh, elder Eric Emiantor, chief Oweh Inegbe, madam Animetu Omosun, madam Reginal Uwadiale, engr. Alex Omo-Ihile, evangelist Innocent Eromosele and others, outrightly rejected the judgement of the court, stating categorically that HRH, Rasaq Ojiefoh 111, is the legitimate traditional ruler as according to culture and tradition guilding them and any thing outside this will jeopardize the existing peace in the land. Addressing the people HRH, Abdul Rasak Ojiefoh, call for restraint from the people instructing them to maintain peace while going about their normal business as everything is in control, he disclose that he has taken up the matter and would be challenging the appeal court judgement in a higher court even as he has directed his counsel to file the necessary papers needed to further the matter. It would be recalled that the appeal court sitting in Benin city, had last Friday, gave judgement in favour of one Jafaru Ojiefoh, pronouncing him as the legitimate traditional ruler of Ewu community, thereby deposing HRH, Abdul Rasaq Ojiefoh, whom had been on the throne since seventeen years ago.
