The Power of Real Estate Websites
This is a question many real estate agents ask themselves: why do I need a real estate website? You may be thinking you get enough referral business and don’t need to have a web presence. That may be okay if you are happy with the status quo, but if you are looking to take your real estate business to the next level and grow your income, you need a web presence and ideally multiple real estate websites.
The best agents out there have multiple real estate websites. Think about the power of sending a buyer a link to YOUR own website for them to search for homes on. Or for sellers to be able to check their local area to see what the prices are and what the competition brings to the table. If you are generating leads through your real estate website, which you should be, think about the power of saying to a potential seller "I have X amount of buyers looking for a home RIGHT NOW in your city and can put your home in front of them instantly!"
Real estate websites don't stop with the front end, though. You need a back end or back office to be able to work those leads all the way through closing. How cool would it be to do things like log phone calls using high converting phone scripts, send emails and set up drip campaigns, manage your schedule with to-do's and follow up's, enter closing information and track your commissions, etc. from a single system? Just think about how much easier your life would be if you stopped using an Excel spreadsheet and could work leads from anywhere with your desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.
Never underestimate the power of a high converting lead generation and management real estate website. Guaranteed the top agents in your market have multiple real estate websites to convert both buyer and seller leads. If you want to get to their level and ultimately put more money in your pocket each year, follow in their footsteps and dive into the world of real estate websites.
