    Are Dutch people scared of African calories?


    Dutch people are known for their fondness for bread, cheese and their own cuisine but recently most Dutch whom have friends that are from Africa have testified that they find African dishes enticing and delicious,before they ever tasted an African meal they assumed that it will be too spicy or just plain strange but after several trials they discovered that is was very enjoyable and the spicing is just right but the only issue is how much calories does a little dish of African food contain?


    Dutch people who are particularly conscious about their weight see this as a setback against embracing this new cuisine.After speaking with Dewi Beerman whom is presently into African studies in the VU,she said that African dishes normally contain palm oil which is very high in calorie for just a tea spoon, the meals are generally delicious but should be eaten with consciousness or if possible once in a while


    Africans who were brought up with this cuisine habit but still maintain a nice figure say that it's not about how you eat it but how much you eat it
