Margie Riccomini Provides Nothing but Award Winning Pups at Monarch Kennel

Margie Riccomini at Monarch Kennel is one of the very few show kennels that home raise our puppies with children. We believe it is very important for puppies to have this kind of socialization from the very start and it shows in the very friendly, healthy puppies we breed. Margie Riccomini has bred many dogs that have their obedience, agility and companion dog titles. We have the distinction of having bred the papillon that is considered the best companion dog in the nation. When these pups are not being played with by the children they are interacting with the other puppies. They are never left alone. Anyone who has experience with abused, neglected pups knows that only so much can be done with proper training and no more. Only a dog with the best of starts reaches the top.
"Only a dog with the best start will reach the top,” explains Margie Riccomini of Monarch Kennel. For the past 25 years, Margie has successfully bred, raised and sold Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Papillons. Monarch's adults are vet checked annually for any potential health problems. Her puppies are kept current on all vaccines and wormings, along with health checks.
Those who buy their Papillons and Cavalier King Charles Spanies from Margie Riccomini and Monarch Kennel have no complaints. This is what Sydney, a client has to say about Margie and her kennel; “Rau, said like Roo, is just a little pistol. She has stolen everyone's hearts. She comes to work with me everyday. Many people stop by to just see her. She is super smart and picks up tricks with ease. She is best friends with my 120lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Ren. When Rau isn't my shadow, she is sleeping with Ren. Her sweet nature has even won over my mom's grumpy old man of a Papillon. When he thinks we aren't looking, we can find him playing with her or sleeping with her. One of her funny habit is that when we are going to my parents' house, she will begin to cry/whine blocks away. She also does this when we turn on the lane to our cabin. I really love how she has never met a stranger. While out at the Farmer's Market she is always happy to meet anyone. She is also fearless and confident. This spring she launched herself into the lake! Little did she know that the water was super cold. We ended up buying her a super cute pink polka dot life jacket. I really can't imagine my life without her. Thank you for sharing her with me!”
