    The i-report that was here was a bad idea.  Someone pointed out a factual error, and it should not have been written with quite the invectives I used.

     

     

     

     

    Since I-reports can't be deleted (at least I don't think they can; I can't find any way to do it), I am simply editing out all of the previous text.
