Ukrainians mourn protesters killed in clashes

The mood was somber as tens of thousands of people flooded Kiev's central square to mourn protesters who were killed in deadly clashes with police earlier in the week.

Demonstrators held a funeral procession, carrying the caskets of the dead while onlookers chanted, "heroes! heroes!"

Mourners lit candles and said prayers while priests sang from the main stage.

At least 100 people have been reported killed during the deadliest violence in Ukraine's history as an independent nation.
