    Revolution continues

Revolution has moved from the streets to the Parliament building where decisions are being made right now as to appointments in new government. People on Maidan don't trust politicians. They are concerned that one set of corrupt officials will be replaced with another.

This morning Maidan gave to Parliament criteria that should be used for screening candidates for government positions. Ukrainians do not want to see in new government people from the list of top 100 richest men of Ukraine, people who had any leadership positions in government since 2010, people who have been involved in corruption or violation of human rights. The candidates for any government position should have 7 years of professional experience in the area they are being appointed for, 5 years of experience in leadership positions.

For the first time ever it seems the representatives of the people of Ukraine, Parliament members, are actually going to have to listen to people who have elected them! This victory is as big as overthrowing regime of president Yanukovich!
