Still protests in Iceland - more are planned

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Icelandic iReporter ander captured scenes from a protest outside the nation's parliament in Reykjavik about the government's decision to cancel plans for a referendum on European Union membership and end talks on the issue. Local media estimated around 3,500 people attended the demonstration. "The protest was peaceful but [there was] lots of noise," our iReporter said.

Today was the 4th day of the protests in front of the Parliament building in Iceland .

The Icelandic Goverment , has decided to withdraw its discussions about joining the Europian Union.
The Goverment had promised before the Parliament Election last year , that any decision about this matter , would be put to a nationa refferendum , but now they have decided to not put it to a refferendum , and just stop any discussion with the Europian Union .
Protests are also planned for tomorrow .
Here you can see the protest on tuesday .
