    Glorious Ireland

    Sisters' Trip 2011

In 2011, my sister was studying abroad in Italy, and I was working in Baltimore. She had a week off for her spring break, and we figured the closest "half-way" point would be Ireland. We really weren't sure how the trip would go since we had never traveled just the two of us before, and we are VERY different personalities. One very Type-A, one very Go-Wtth-The-Flow...but turns out we are the perfect travel buddies! We spent a week seeing all the big stuff: Dublin, Cork/Blarney Castle, Galway/Aran Island, and then back to Dublin.

The entire time we had such great weather! It was March, and we had mid-60s and sunny every single day. Our favorite day was spent riding bikes on the Aran Islands. We were exhausted by the end of it that one of us ended up nodding off at the pub that evening.

It was a great sisterly experience, and we are planning our next adventure now!
