    Chicago- my second home

I was living and working in Chicago for nearly two years between 2007 and 2009. I loved it there and considered it my second home. I missed Chicago so much. So three years after I moved back to Taipei, Taiwan, I made a trip back to Chicago. I didn't know how this trip was going to turn out. Would all that I missed about Chicago still be the same? Or would I sadly become a stranger to it? A lot of questions kept coming during the flights. I didn't have the answers at the time. Anxious and eager to set foot again on this beautiful land I had been missing. Once the blue-line train took me to the city and I walked out on the street, all the doubts I had in my mind were gone. I was home again. It felt like I just came back from a business trip.

That was Dec. 2012 and I still miss Chicagoland. Chicago was, is and will always be my second home.........
