    Go out and do some work

    Chill out. You don't control a thing. There are things you control: and things you don't. Learn to realize the difference.
    DO you want to grow old with peace or burn out young fretting over all the things you wish you'd done.
    Honestly, life is too short to sweat the small stuff.
    Images are from the family farm on Salt Spring built in the 1860's.
    Fixing up an old cedar shack is good therapy. Wood, fires, a dog. Some wine. Or, go out and take a photo or play your guitar. Learn something new, there's the best therapy. Don't look back too far over your shoulder, you'll strain your neck.
