    Commenting on the Constitutional Court of Thailand ruling against a bill asking a loan of 2 trillion baht in the name of the present caretaker government to improve the transport systems in Thailand mainly with the project of a speed train from North Thailand to Bangkok; the Prime Minister said that it would be difficult to improve the living conditions of Thai people if we have to obey by the law; really the Court should look at the intention of a government…Part of this loan the government was seeking approval was to come from abroad and therefore was not to be submitted for the public knowledge as how money were to be spent.
