    Glorious Ireland

    Ireland in 2003

Our Ireland tour. We circled the island for a week getting an education in Irish life. Things I noticed. Lots of green but very few trees. Most all fences were made from stone. They last longer than wood and there was plenty of them. This was the first round about I had ever seen. The Pubs were great. They were heated by peat which they also had plenty of. Toured the Waterford Crystal plant. Avoca hand weavers showed the history of how this was done. There was an incredible array of flowers everywhere we stopped. We will go back again someday. I know there is plenty we missed.
