    Legal online shopping Frauds

    Legal online shopping Frauds:

Many online shopping websites store our Credit card / Debit / Bank details for automatic monthly / yearly subscription renewals with support of Continuous Payment Authorities and Bank.
The same way Scribd.com and many online shopping sites too, but they smartly act and force us to make monthly subscription during 1st purchase with unclear terms and conditions and once they receive our payment then they reveal about the automatic subscription terms and option cancelling process which indicates they store our bank/card details which is considered to be fraud / illegal.
This leads me to raise several questions
    1. Isn’t it safe, if someone stores customer’s bank / card details?
    2. If it is part of the process terms for any given purchase made then it should have prompted an information as such the monthly subscription are accepted by the customer.
