Global Giant South Korean SAMSUNG Deliberately Swindles Chinese Customers
I, Wenbin Zhao, have conclusive evidences of Samsung committing crime of fraud.
SAMSUNG should be cracked down, SAMSUNG CEO in China should be adjudged to prison for more than 10years.
Xi'an City Intermediate People's court has confirmed that SAMSUNG committed fraud.

I bought a Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player on July 4, 2011. At the beginning of December 2012 it couldn’t work well, common DVD Discs could be played, but Blu-ray DVD Discs couldn’t be played. I called Samsung Customer Service in Beijing, China (Tel No.4008105858), they told me that, the whole machine was guaranteed for one year and main parts were guaranteed for two years, main parts included spindle motor, servo motor and laser heads. They also asked me to take my machine to our local Samsung repair station-- Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center.
On Dec 10, 2012, I took the machine to Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center, their repair engineer inspected it in my presence, and he told me the laser head was broken, he also told me the laser head which reads Blu-ray DVD Discs was broken and the laser head which reads common DVD Discs was OK. According to the law and Samsung’s warranty (laser head is guaranteed for two years), it was not more than one and a half years, Samsung should repair my machine free, but Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center refused to do so. They told me laser heads and the INTER-MACHINE were integrated, to repair my machine they would replace the INTER-MACHINE. They asked me to pay CNY280 for replacing the INTER-MACHINE, I thought that was not reasonable, I didn’t agree to pay. I told them: “you told me the laser head is broken, laser head is guaranteed for two years, and it is not more than one and a half years, you should repair my machine free. I needn’t to know how you fix it and I don’t care which part you will replace, it’s your job to get it fixed.” They insisted on charging, I might as well left my machine there and came home to prepare to make a complaint to Samsung Customer Service against Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center.
Samsung is a giant in electric industry in the world, I thought they shouldn’t have been so unreasonable. Afterwards I recorded most of the telephone conversations between Samsung staff and me.
At the same day, at home, I called Samsung Customer Service to complain against Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center, they told me they would investigate and asked me to wait. After that I urged Samsung Customer Service many times.
Because Samsung didn’t want to solve the problem, instead they wanted to defraud me, the matter was in dispute over trifles for almost a month, and Samsung found a new trick, at 16:27, Jan 6, 2013 Samsung’s Person in Charge of Complaint Department No.1168 telephoned me and said: “There are no parts in DVD Disc player guaranteed for two years, you misheard our staff, two year guarantee is for computer not for DVD Disc player.” He also said, ”I heard the recorded telephone conversations between you and our staff, there were no person who told you DVD player main parts are guaranteed for two years.” I asked him to play the recorded telephone conversation, he didn’t agree and told me: “our recorded conversations belong to us, you can’t hear.” Samsung’s No.1168 did lie indeed, and I recorded the lies. After that I started to call Samsung Customer Service to complain against No. 1168.
The matter was still in dispute over trifles for almost another month, Samsung finally figured out another new trick, at 17:29, Feb 1, 2013, Samsung’s No.1891 telephoned me and said: ”Your machine’s INTER-MACHINE is broken.” And she didn’t admit to broken laser head, No.1891 continued to lie. I found the repair engineer at Shaanxi Samsung Electronics Repair Service Center who inspected my machine, and I called him, he said: “your DVD Disc payer’s laser head is broken, if the laser head is OK the machine can work well.” and I asked if he confirmed, he said yes. I recorded the engineer’s words.
I started to call Samsung Customer Service to complain against No.1891. At 15:30, Feb 2, 2013, Samsung’s No.1635 telephoned me, he said: “Your machine’s INTER-MACHINE is broken, your machine’s laser head is OK.” No.1635 fabricated fact, and I recorded his lies. (Because my machine’s laser head is indeed broken.)
After that I telephoned Samsung Customer Service to complain against No.1635, and I told them I had recorded all of their lies.
Samsung finally found it’s very difficult to swindle me, at 14:24, Feb 5, 2013 Samsung’s No.1246 telephoned me and told me they would repair my machine free the next day and apologized. On Feb 6, 2013, I fetched back my machine.
On Feb 25, 2013 Samsung’s No.1904 telephoned me and said Samsung should have repaired the machine free for me.
Samsung do not want me to contact media, some people of Samsung in Beijing have come to my home in Xi’an to apologize to me for their fraud, and they wanted to bribe me.
Samsung swindled me with so many means, and I recorded all of their lies. I have sued Samsung in our local court, and I’m waiting for court’s trial.
