Earthquake Watch! Includes California, Washington, Oregon & Alaska

As of March 17th 2014 a Earthquake Watch will be in effect for essentially the entire pacific rim. Historical analysis along with magnetic abnormalities, rapid pressure changes, solar activity & tide movements in conjunction with other precursors suggest  that moderate and/or severe quakes may be possible in the upcoming days.

Watch Locations Include: Alaska , California, Oregon , Washington , Southwestern Canada , Central & Southern Mexico , Central & Southern Chile , Japan , Papua New Guinea and the Philippines

The term "Watch" as used in this case is not meant to be an actual prediction nor does it mean a event(s) will actually occur. This watch is simply a notification that current conditions and precursors are present that could foreshadow  moderate to severe seismic events.

This watch is in effect as of 03/17/2014 2:00 A.M. PST and is set to expire at 11:59 P.M. PST 03/31/2014. This could be a series of moderate events of 5.1 magnitude or greater at any one or more of the above listed locations and/or an event(s) that could exceed a 7.1 magnitude and occur at one or more of the above listed locations. Although this watch is set to expire on 3/31/2014 the conditions that have promoted this watch look as if they will be in place through the total eclipse of the moon on 04/15/2014.  I will continue to follow these events and if conditions persist this watch may be extended.

This is not meant to be a prediction but instead more of a simple reminder that a little preparation can go along way. If you live in a disaster prone area , little things such as water , canned food , flashlights , first aid supplies , batteries and a radio are far easier to come by prior to disaster. Chance favors the prepared.
