How to increase the numbers of African American Students in Study Abroad

Hello Mrs. Obama. I am Sheila Brown and in a recent study published covering American Study Abroad students, it was found that only 5.3% of the students were African American vs 76.4% being Caucasian. My question is what can be done to increase the exposure to and participation in Study Abroad programs to African American Students?
