Saint Patrick's Day Feast
Not sure about the ethics, but I do know it was good eats at Ryan's today when Iohn and I went out to dine in honor of Ireland's patron saint.
Not pictured, I started out with cottage cheese with pineapple bits, red beets chilled just right and a broccoli, cheese and bacon salad with ranch dressing.
Next up the main course of corned beef and cabbage, buttered Irish new potato quarters along with buttered corn, washed down with sweet tea. Topping the meal was green coconut cake.
'Twas indeed a repast worthy of Saint Patrick!
