How to Get Rid of Your Paper Piles Forever First of a 4 Part Interview Series
San Diego, CA - A recent search on Google revealed over 30 million searches for clutter. Then pile on the number of articles, blog posts and social media attention that hoarding and over consumption has generated and it's no wonder why consumers can feel overwhelmed. Or confused. And in many cases, not told the whole story behind getting rid of paper piles forever and getting organized.
Kathi Burns wants to change that. One Get Organized Google Hangout at a time.
During this first of four Get Organized Hangouts, Alex and Kathi will discuss the many reasons that almost everyone seems to have too many papers piled up in their life and the main reason that average US Executive wastes over 3 hours each week searching for, and most of the time not finding, missing documents.
Having a traditional file system is no longer the answer because 80% of papers that go into file drawers never see the light of day again. Going completely paperless is also not that easy unless massive amounts of time are spent scanning and archiving. AND if the archiving is not done properly, we end up in the same boat although instead of paper piles, we have disorganized documents spread across our computer. When our computers die, which they all do, then we are in a real mess. So what is the real-life, real time solution for us now?
As a paper flow and document specialist, Kathi will present simple, action steps to get rid of those piles forever. She will also provide information to create a system to will help attendees stop wasting time and find the papers they need quickly. This first hangout titled "How to Get Organized & Get Rid of Paper Piles Forever with Alex Mandossian and Professional Organizer Kathi Burns " will present easy steps to keep papers organized and assembled for taxes so that each year tax documents can be assembled in less than 10 minutes.
All of these tips are based on principals from her Amazon best selling book How to Master Your Muck ~ Get Organized. Add Space To Your Life. Live Your Purpose! Everyone who attends this hangout will be given a free download of the digital book Get Rid of Your Paper Piles Forever and can participate in a contest to win a copy of the entire book How To master Your Muck!
