Soundgarden Could Join Green Day & Nine Inch Nails Onstage, Despite Past Rivalry In The 1990's

As we reported over the weekend, Green Day and Soundgarden may join forces with Nine Inch Nails for a co-headlining 2014 North American summer tour, but it wasn’t that long ago that frontmen Trent Reznor, Billie Joe Armstrong and Chris Cornell were not on the best terms as they battled for chart territory in the 1990's.

As the adage goes, time heals all wounds. And it appears that a little Pop Punk/Grunge rivalry from the past has rolled off of the back of these three frontman. So brace yourself for a great summer of rock as Nine Inch Nails, Green Day and Soundgarden share stages this summer.
