    The following is the text of the author :

    " Presided over by His Majesty King Mohammed VI , may God assist him , on Monday, the royal palace in Rabat , a session devoted to the study of the progress of the works accomplished Moroccan solar power scheme " Noor " , as well as means of strengthening in the future .

    The session this fall , in the framework of regular follow-up to His Majesty the King , may God assist him , for the various stages of this scheme , since its launch on 2 November 2009 and the creation of Ouarzazate Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy ( Mazen ) .

    During this session , new King's emphasis on the will of Morocco to fortify its own economic and social development through an effective energy policy , and respects the environment allows to spare future generations all the risks of an economic and ecological .

    Mr. Mustafa Albakura , Chairman of the Board 's collective Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy ( Mazen ) , gave a presentation on the progress of works completion of the first leg of the "light Ouarzazate 1 ", which is going as planned after the completion of all stages of the delivery and monitoring of funds . Thus, the first portion of kilos " Noor Ouarzazate 1 " , which is the largest plant in the world in this technological specifications , will be pumped into the national electrical grid from the month of August 2015.

    In addition, Mr. Albakura agenda accomplish three stations " Noor Ouarzazate 2 " , and " Noor Ouarzazate 3", and " Noor Ouarzazate 4 " , which will allow the completion of a composite solar energy to Ouarzazate , which has a capacity of 500 megawatts .

    It included also apply the selection of new sites to host future projects , so as to maintain a dynamic set out in the scheme of solar energy Moroccan and of producing 2,000 MW by 2020 , or 14 per cent of the needs of the Kingdom of energy , noting that the proportion of renewable energies will represent 42 per cent of the total electric power consumption .

    And completed the process of selecting new sites based on the solar atlas of the national territory , which has been recently set up and complete a thorough analysis and multi-dimensional to the various stakeholders . Thus, the sites that have been selected to host the projects planned for the next solar Moroccan "Noor" is Midelt and Tata .

    Has given His Majesty , on this occasion , his directives Commissioner to be planned solar Moroccan crane real cooperation South - North , and the cooperation of South - South and , through the sharing of green energy with European countries , on the one hand , on the other hand through institutional cooperation and interoperability with sub-Saharan Africa that are available on the real possibilities of solar energy.
