    Pope to Green Bay

Controversy is brewing in Title Town, Green Bay, Wisconsin. As many know, Pope Francis is due to come to the United States in the fall of 2015. Green Bay mayor, Jim Schmitt, has extended an invitation to the Pope to visit the Green Bay Area Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help. This shrine is the only approved Shrine in the United States of the apparition of Mother Mary. A website was also created named for the public to extend the invitation as well. However, this is being protested by The Freedom From Religion Foundation out of Madison, Wisconsin. The group is claiming Mayor Schmitt is "grossly inappropriate". As a Christian, I feel this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Christians as well as non-Christians in the Midwest. Mayor Schmitt is also contemplating a mass at the legendary Lambeau Field. This is being debated on social media. I would like to know what the rest of the nation thinks!
