New Shark Tank Automatic Garage Door Door Lock Makes Homes Safer

This week Garage Door Locks will debut on Shark Tank with the potential of making homes across the United States safer and more secure with a simple lock system.

Even the most secure homes often share the same vulnerability: the garage door. With a little practice, burglars can easily break in using a coat hanger to engage the release lever on your garage door. Once released, the door can be opened from the outside.

Garage Door Locks (found at http://elocksys.com) has developed an easy to install lock, similar to the deadbolt on your front door, made for garage doors. The system includes two remotes, and a control box. Extra remotes and key panels can be purchased as well. The company will be reviewed this week on Shark Tank, where it has a chance to gain investments and funding.

In 2011 the FBI estimated there were about 2.1 million burglaries. Homeowners have become increasingly aware of this issue, and more people have alarm systems at home than ever before.

Even so, many people overlook their garage door. With Garage Door Locks’ innovative automatic locking system, homeowners can feel safer and more secure.
