    Crowds of people protested against the Service Trade Agreement


    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Eplis has participated in the protests and says the protesters are very self-controlled. "Most of the protesters are college students, and instead of conflicting with policemen, we are encouraging them, [thanking them] for the hard duties," he said.

    The Service Trade Agreement is one of the biggest trade agreement between China and Taiwan. But the ruling party KMT goverment ignores the negative impact. Almost 70% of Taiwanese citizens believe that the STA should be reviewed.
