    Street food marketing is found round the world, however has variations at intervals each regions and cultures.[2] for instance, Dorling Kindersley describes the road food of Viet Nam as being "fresh and lighter than several of the cuisines within the area" and "draw[ing] heavily on herbs, chile peppers and lime", whereas street food of Asian country is "fiery" and "pungent with shrimp paste ... and fish sauce" with ny City's signature street food being the recent dog, though the offerings in ny additionally vary from "spicy geographical region dish or Jamaican jerk chicken to Belgian waffles"[3] In france, the local road food tradition of "Plate Lunch" (rice, pasta salad and some of meat) was galvanized by the bento of the japanese UN agency had been delivered to Hawaii as plantation employees.[4]
