This iReport is part of an assignment:
Protesters occupy Taiwan legislature
SAVE TAIWAN！SUPPORT DEMOCRACY！
The government shut down the internet in the critical area to prevent any evidence of mistreatment of victims by police violence to flood the web.
Even pedestrians who just came by were attacked and pulled into small alleys without cameras, where they were hit with weapons.
Additionally, mobile phones were taken by police to make their victims unable to request help or share their experience and evidence immediately.
