LIVE BURIALS ‘BUSINESS AS USUAL’ FOR CALLUS GOVERNMENT.

The chickens you are about to see spend their entire lives in a space smaller than an A4 size sheet of paper. Imagine living in a crowded elevator your entire life. This is reality for chickens on egg farms. Every day of their lives is torture.
And even in their last hours when death is near, there is no mercy.

CARE went undercover into an egg farm in Sejoeng City were the live burial of laying chickens was taken place. CARE witness chickens behind violently ripped out of their cages, slammed against metal poles and crammed into bags. The chickens would later be buried alive.
