    The Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing Promotes Curtis Humphries to Business Manager

     
    The Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing (ACDHH) has promoted Curtis Humphries to business manager. In his new role, Humphries will be in charge of overseeing day-to-day budgetary operations, including project management and general business functions.

    Prior to his appointment, Humphries was assistant business manager at ACDHH. His past experience includes managerial positions at several companies and agencies providing technical products and services to individuals who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and speech-impaired.

    Humphries earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Vincennes University in Vincennes, Ind.

    “Humphries background in business management will assist us in continuing to represent the deaf and hard of hearing community in Arizona,” said Sherri Collins, executive director of the Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing.

    He is a Sun City resident.

    ABOUT ACDHH:
    Established in 1977 to improve the quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing residents, ACDHH serves as a statewide information referral center for issues related to people with hearing loss and aspires to be a national leader in communication access, support services and community empowerment throughout the state. The purpose of the organization, and its commissioners, is to ensure, in partnership with the public and private sector, accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing to improve their quality of life.
