    If you are in between meals and want a healthy gluten free snack, try baking some veggies in the oven with fresh garlic, olive oil, sea salt and pepper to taste. I’m not sure where this recipe originated, but a friend suggested I try baking broccoli and kale with the garlic olive oil and it tastes great. Let it chill in the fridge and serve it cold with a side of fruit. Yum.
