Protect Taiwan's Democracy Rally@UN Plaza, San Francisco

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     thorlee told us that hundreds of people rallied together at the United Nations Plaza in San Francisco on Saturday, March 29, to show their support for protesters in Taiwan who oppose the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement between Taiwan and China, which protesters feel was passed undemocratically. The protesters in San Francisco "marched around to demand democracy from Taiwanese government," he said.
    - Verybecoming, CNN iReport producer

Around the world, people rallied for Taiwan democracy. Here are those in San Francisco, CA, USA. Hundreds people, from young to elders, meet in Union Nations Plaza and march around the Market St. on March 29, 2014. It’s raining and cold, but our blood is hot.

We demand 4 actions to Taiwanese governments:
    1. Repeal the trade pact
    2. Legalize supervision and then review
    3. Host civic constitutional conference
    4. Legislators respond people's demands

For those protest under-the-table trade pact in Taiwan, you are not alone. We are here to support you.
