Jason Halpern Taking the Reins at JMH Development

JHM Development is well known in the New York area. They've been building luxury apartments and commercial business space for the last 50 years. Through New York City, Westchester County, and the surrounding areas, they've established a lot of different installations.

JHM is also a family company, so when the time came Jason Halpern was going to have to take the reins at some point. In 2010 that opportunity came. Currently he's focused on taking the business to a new level as well.

Under Jason Halpern they've built hundreds of residential apartments throughout the greater New York state area. They've also tied up $500 million in various building and development projects.

Some of the current projects include converting 184 Kent in Brooklyn from a basic warehouse, into 340 luxury apartments. JMH is also developing a gated community in Soundview Pointe in Queens, which will establish 172 high end town homes.

Jason Halpern is also spearheading a project called The Townhouses of Cobble Hill, which will install 9 townhouses throughout the Brooklyn area. The project consists of 4 renovated homes, to bring them up to the JMH standard. But they will be building 5 completely new homes as a part of the project.
