    UK Pollution gets as far north as Leeds

    It's misty again in Leeds. Not as bad as the south of England but we are still being effected by the pollution.

    It's making me think twice before going out for a run.

    I've not known anything like this before. It reminds me of the stories you used to hear about "pea-soupers", and those old black and white movies with Victorian villains lurking in the mist.

    But that was when everyone had coal fires belching out smoke and soot. I think this is a bit different: pollution from traffic, the continent and sand from the sahara!

    I think I'll hold off going for that run until we have a bit of wind again to blow it away.
