CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CarlosBCRRA a frequent iReport contributor has been documenting, for nearly 2 months, the crisis in Venezuela. Yesterday he captured an improvised student rally in the capital, Caracas. Carlos says the National Bolivarian Police blocked the rally causing violent clashes that “ended when armed groups, with guns in hands, entered the UCV (Central University of Venezuela.) They started shooting at people, beating protesters. One of the attackers was seized by the students. He (the attacker) was beaten up by a group but protected by another,” Carlos describes.
