    In 2001, Marcus Clemmons started his career in real estate as an investor and an appraiser. He gained extensive knowledge and experience in rebuilding as well as in flipping homes. In 2002, Marcus Clemmons became an expert full time as a real estate consultant and agent. He works at helping a wide range of clientele from first time buyers and sellers to buyers and sellers of upper end, luxury homes. At that time, he serviced clients in the surrounding Los Angeles area as well as in Beverly Hills, with most of his clientele coming from the entertainment industry. Mr. Clemmons is an expert in helping all of his clients find the right home of their dreams. His services currently include both listing and selling residential homes in the Washington D.C. area.

    He has high quality services for both past clients and the new generation. He markets the properties over YouTube and various other online media outlets. Marcus Clemmons is ahead of the competition because he utilizes the latest technology and is able to sell more homes quickly for the highest possible price. Mr. Marcus Clemmons markets his listings to the world 24 hours a day through the internet. His real estate mission statement is “Your Future, Your Home, My Commitment.” Providing you with superior customer service is his utmost and first priority.

    He also enjoys giving back to the community. Mr. Clemmons has previously volunteered his time working for Habitat For Humanity, as well as being a volunteer for the Boys & Girls Club. Marcus Clemmons is not just a businessman. He is also a family man. When not working, Marcus Clemmons enjoys spending quality time with his family. In his free time, he also likes to golf, ski, and exercise at the gym. On a personal level, the best moment in his life is seeing the births of his children. The highlight of his career is seeing his clients’ faces light up with joy the moment they officially acquire the home of their dreams or after they achieve their next goal of successfully selling their home. His philosophy is to treat every client as if they were his only client and to give them 100% of his attention. His biggest influence would be his mother who has instilled in him the virtues of hard work. He is also strongly influenced by inspiring minister, Joel Osteen and motivational author, Stephen Covey. So far, he has accomplished so much in his career and through continuing to succeed, he works hard for his clients. In the future, he plans to vacation around the world with his family.

    Marcus Clemmons is most proud of his ability to persevere throughout the most challenging experiences and also of the principle that everyone has a chance to succeed as long as one works hard and does his or her best. His colleagues would describe him as very generous, kind-hearted, funny, dedicated, trustworthy, and honest. He enjoys the gratification from people he has helped, and their genuine happiness warms his heart. Marcus Clemmons always places his clients first, and he is an exceptional realtor for being able to finish projects and assignments efficiently to his clients’ satisfaction. He is an ideal realtor, an excellent listener, and an effective communicator. With fast changing technology, Marcus Clemmons is always ahead of the curve and is continually improving his skills and knowledge. Before real estate, he had other interests as a radio disc jockey and also as a manager for various recording artists.
